Indulge yourself in one of our ground floor self-contained studio rooms, our alternative to bed and breakfast (B&B). Each room, converted from the original farm buildings is situated around the south facing courtyard, with its own key and entrance.

We have converted each of our two largest  bed & breakfast rooms (Gowland & Walcott), into a self-contained room, to provide a quality bedroom with full sized en-suite bathroom, (full sized bath with electric shower over) and the additional facility of its own hideaway kitchen, where a light breakfast (or other snack), can be prepared.

You can eat in your room and of course you can eat al fresco in our south facing courtyard, enjoying the lovely views.

These 2 ground floor rooms are very comfortably furnished including 2 armchairs, good quality bed, free view flat screen digital television and with views from the windows.

This will offer a more relaxing informal stay, without the restrictions of ‘going for breakfast’, at a more affordable price.

The ground floor studio rooms consist as follows:

Each room has a hideaway kitchen with its own sink and draining board, food cupboard, crockery and cutlery, full sized fridge (with freezer box), microwave, kettle and toaster.

Food and beverages can be brought with you or we offer 3 different food packs
(for you to purchase), which we can put in your room ready for your arrival.

• Full sized en-suite bathrooms (with electric shower over the bath).
• Tea towel, dishcloth and washing up liquid are provided.
• Comfortable quality beds made up for you arrival.
• Towels provided – 1 bath sheet, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel /per person. (not to be taken off premises).
• These high quality rooms start at £50.00 per night per room (min 2 nights).
• Bed linen provided.
• A selection of basic toiletries is provided.
• Laundry facilities – Washing Machine (free to use), Tumble dryer (£1.00).
• Each room is ground floor, with ramped access from the car park.
• Each room is centrally heated and double glazed.
• Electric towel warmers in each bathroom.
