PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Holiday Cottages

1. Please note all our cottages are now strictly NO SMOKING.

2. One Third deposit to be paid when booking, the balance is due one calendar month prior to arrival.

3. No pets or animals allowed in the cottages or on the premises.

4. Access to the cottage on the day of arrival is after 4.00pm and before 6.00pm.

5. Cottages must be vacated by 10.00am on the departure date.

6. Under no circumstances may the cottage be occupied by more persons than that stated when hired.

7. Cottages must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure.

8. We ask you to inform us of any breakages which occur. Within reason we require that breakages should be paid for.

9. We endeavour to provide a safe environment at Rawcliffe House Farm but we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries whilst staying with us.

3. No pets or animals allowed in the rooms or on the premises.

4. Access to your room on the day of arrival is after 4.30pm and before 6.00pm. If this is inconvenient please contact us to try and arrange a mutually convenient time.

5. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the departure date.

6. Under no circumstances may the room be occupied by more persons than that stated when hired.
